My name is Antoinette Fisher, and Pieces of Purpose Foundation began from a place that is deeply personal to me.

I am a mother to an amazing daughter with autism. As her mom, I understand firsthand how challenging something as simple as attending a community event can be. Loud noises, bright lights, large crowds, and unfamiliar environments can quickly become overwhelming because of her sensory needs. There have been moments when our family had to leave early, sit something out, or simply decide that an event was not the right environment for her.

Those experiences changed the way I look at inclusion.

As a business owner and event creator, I have spent years bringing people together and creating experiences for the community. At one point, I took a break and asked myself a very important question:

“Antoinette, what are you truly passionate about?”

The answer was right in front of me: my family, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing people together.

That realization became part of the inspiration behind Pieces of Purpose Foundation.

I am continuing to walk by faith as I build this foundation with a purpose that is close to my heart—to create welcoming, inclusive, and meaningful experiences for children, teens, and adults with autism and other disabilities, along with the families who love and support them.

I want families to know that there can be spaces created with them in mind. Spaces where differences are understood. Spaces where accommodations are welcomed. Spaces where children and adults can participate at their own pace, make memories, have fun, and simply be themselves.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to connect, participate, explore their interests, build confidence, experience joy, and be accepted exactly as they are.

Our purpose goes beyond hosting events. We are building a community where individuals and families can form meaningful connections, discover new experiences, create lasting memories, and know that they have a place where they belong.

This journey started with my daughter, but my hope is that its impact reaches many families.
